Kozmopolitska arhitektura / Cosmopolitan architecture - zgrada Kugla / building the Bowl - suvremeni dizajn / contemporary design - art-avant-garde - Zagreb, Croatia

Skice ideje zgrade Kugle u Dubrovniku

Ukratko opisujući riječ je o projektu elitnih kozmopolitskih multi-rezidencijalnih zgrada – arhitekturi „Kugla“ / “The Bowl“ prvotno predviđen u Zagrebu, ali i u Puli i u Dubrovniku, te i u drugim kozmopolitskim gradovima svijeta.
Međutim, ova arhitektura „Kugla“ / “The Bowl“ se može namijeniti i za luksuzni hotel; npr. u Dubrovniku, Monaku, Sydneyu, Miamiju ili Dubaiju itd.
Također, ova arhitektura „Kugla“ / “The Bowl“ se može i ostvariti kao poslovna zgrada /suvremena palača/ za npr. „corporate headquarters“ neke od potencijalnih kompanija u metropolama svijeta.
Tada bi se umjesto apartmana u modularnim jedinicama (gledajući u tlocrtima) moglo smjestiti reprezentativne poslovne urede i open-space radne prostore. Naravno, u podzemnim etažama bi bila osigurana garažna i parkirna mjesta za automobile zaposlenika i gostiju.

U konkretnom kozmopolitskom projektu u Zagrebu se radi de facto o upotpunjenju panoramske urbanističke slike grada Zagreba uz Savu još jednom orginalnom brendiranom arhitektonskom ikoničkom puzzleom.

U Dubrovniku; zgrada “The Bowl“ bi bila suvremena kozmopolitska „Dubrovačka palača-ljetnikovac za treće tisučljeće“.

Ova hrvatsko-internacionalna reprezentativna arhitektura je prvenstveno namijenjena hrvatskim gradovima Zagrebu, Puli i Dubrovniku, te kozmopolitskim gradovima Europe i Svijeta. Tako su u namjeri i lokacije: Beč, Zurich, Amsterdam, Kopenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin, Munchen, Frankfurt, Pariz, London, Barcelona, Rim, Atena, Tel Aviv, Moskva, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, Miami, Rio de Janeiro, Dubai, Tokio, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapur, Bandar Seri Begawan; Brunej, Sydney itd.
Dakle, riječ je o dugoročnom i širokovidnom kozmopolitskom projektu.

Projekt zgrade „Kugla“ nije zamišljen samo kao puka građevina, već je to u prvom redu kulturološki fenomen sa semiotskim naglaskom društva u kojem želimo napredno živjeti i takav status želi razvijati društveno-kulturni napredak kozmopolitskih gradova. Jer kultura je cilj, to jest baza, a ekonomija je nadogradnja i instrument realizacije željenog društva. Isto kao što u čovjeku um je cilj, to jest baza, a fizičko tijelo nadogradnja ili proteza u svrhu uma – intuicije i intelekta. Isto tako u svijetu kompjutera software je cilj, a hardware je potrebita pomoć. Isto kao što su u odnosu energija i materija u svemiru. Takva je sinergijska logika prirode i svemira. Takva je logika i čovječanstva.

Zgrada „Kugla“ je nastala po ispravnoj metodi temeljenoj na osnovnoj definiciji arhitekture: funkcija, konstrukcija, forma i pjesništvo.

Ovaj korpus je izraz urođenog nagona za perfekcijom. Koncept je jasan: kugla u travnjaku. To je kugla sa središnjim galerijskim svjetlikom. Arhitektura de facto oslobođena kiča, iako je fasadna ploha nemonotona, odnosno vizualno secirana jednostavnim ritmičkim horizontalnim trakastim prodorima loggia i trakastim zaobljenim prozorima, te staklenom kupolom – poklopcem centralnog galerijskog svjetlika. Vertikalni glavni visokostijeni nosači na fasadi vizualno razčlanjuju korpus na vertikalne kriške. Dizajn je, semiotski rečeno, ujedno i pomorski – modre horizontalne trake u bijeloj podlozi – i asocira na plovidbu prostorom i vremenom. Arhitektura „Kugla“ je, može se metaforički reći, prijateljski vanzemaljac interpoliran u stvarnu sredinu. Arhitektura „Kugla“ je arhitektonska himna; Oda radosti. I zakuglat će svijet u kojem živimo. Perfektni san će postati java.

Cilj ovog projekta je kozmopolitska arhitektura; art-avant-garde. Intelektualni i kulturni napredak društva. To mora prvenstveno biti manifest kulture i arhitekture, te modernog urbanizma okrenut pogledu na univerzum.

Architecture the Bowl, Zagreb, Croatia

In a few words, this project is forseen as the elite cosmopolitan multi-residential building “The Bowl“ intended, at the first time, for the croatian capital city Zagreb, but also for Pola and for Dubrovnik, and for other cosmopolitan cities of the world.
Also architecture “The Bowl“ can be a very luxurious hotel, for example; in Dubrovnik or Monaco or Sydney or Miami or Dubai and so on.
Also, architecture “The Bowl“ can be the business building /palace/ like –corporate headquarters– for some of a potential companies in a cities of the world. Instead of apartments in a modular units there can be situated corporate representative offices and open-space interiors. Of course, there would be underground garage levels.

In the concrete project in the city of Zagreb it is de facto the idea of complementing the urbanistic panorama of Zagreb with one more original branded architectural iconic puzzle.

In the Dubrovnik architecture “The Bowl“ would be modern world multi-residential “The Dubrovnician palace and summer-residence for the third millennium“.

This croatian-international representative multi-residential architecture is intended, at the first time, for a croatian towns Zagreb, Pola and Dubrovnik, and also for a cities of the World. That means that there are intentions for a locations in: Vienna, Zurich, Amsterdam, Kobenhavn, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Berlin, Munchen, Frankfurt, Paris, London, Barcelona, Rome, Athens, Tel Aviv, Moskow, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, Miami, Rio de Janeiro, Dubai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapur, Bandar Seri Begawan; Brunei, Sydney and so on.
So, it is about world wide long-term cosmopolitan project / programme.

This project of the building “The Bowl“ is not forseen just as building, but it is forseen in first of all as the culurological phenomenon with the semiotic accent on a cosmopolitan culture.

Building “The Bowl” has been sprung from correct method based upon elementary definition of architecture: function, construction, form and poetics.

This corpus is the expression of native instinct for the perfection. The concept is explicit: "the bowl in grassland". It is the bowl with central fan-light gallery. Architecture de facto free from kitsch, although the facade surface is non-monotonous, that is it’s visualy dissected with simply ritmic horizontal loggia breaks and with sliped rounded windows, and with the glass cupola – the cover of the central fan-light gallery. Vertical main highwalled carriers on the facade visualy divide the corpus to vertical slices. This design is, semiotically so said, also maritime – a blue horizontal slips in the white pad – and it associates of sailing trough space and time. Architecture “The Bowl”, metaphorically said, is friendly alien interpolated into a real environment. Architecture “The Bowl” is architectonic hymn; Ode to the Joy. And it will bowl the world in which we are living. Perfect dream will become the sober reality.

The goal is cosmopolitan architecture; art-avant-garde. The intelectual and cultural progress of a society. This has to be the manifestation of architecture, culture and modern urbanism with the universal view.
